Is art a veritable panacea for regional development as expected in these cases? Does art really bring more tourists into local communicates and liven them up? <!--?xml:namespace prefix = \"o\" ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/--><\/p>\n<p>This symposium invites panelists from home and abroad and will consist of case presentation, talk session, round table conference over the course of three days.
